In order to guide enterprises to improve the product quality and production efficiency, Shanghai Municipal Administration of Market Supervision and Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission organized the Shanghai key product quality research activities in 2021.

Through the joint efforts of employees from Electronic Ceramics Division, Quality Department and Technology Center, the "New Energy Lithium Battery Self-Control Fuse Quality Technology Enhancement" project declared by Shanghai Wayon Electronics Co., Ltd. was awarded theSecond Prize of Shanghai Key Product Quality Tackling Achievementin 2021 after a fierce competition and selection from a total of 231 declared projects in the city.

The project has developed a series of self-control fuses for new energy lithium batteries with high through-current capability and both current and voltage fusing performance, forming independent intellectual property rights. The SCF has entered the international high-end market in the field of fuse and achieved good economic and social benefits.
